Meet Our Doctors

Dr. Hayden Black was born and raised in Henryetta, OK. His interest in eye care began during his time as a patient at Henryetta Eye Center. After graduating from Henryetta in 2013, he pursued this interest at Northeastern State University where he earned his bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration. He then attended NSU's College of Optometry, from which he received his Doctorate with honors in 2021. He was an active member of Beta Sigma Kappa, an optometric honor society reserved for students demonstrating high scholastic achievement. Dr. Black's professional affiliations include the American Optometric Association and the Oklahoma Association of Optometric Physicians. He is board certified in the use of therapeutic lasers to treat various eye conditions. Dr. Black is committed to serving Henryetta and its surrounding communities.

Dr. Sarah Mulliniks was born and raised in Dewar, Oklahoma. She graduated from Dewar High School. She then attended Oklahoma State University where she received a bachelor's degree in Cell and Molecular Biology and was a member of the Honor's College. Dr. Mulliniks received her Doctorate of Optometry with honors from Northeastern State University Oklahoma College of Optometry in 2013 where she was also a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society. Dr. Mulliniks is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Oklahoma Association of Optometric Physicians.
